Paid Services Terms
Supplement to the Driven Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Paid Services Terms (“Paid Services Terms”) supplement the Driven Terms of Service at https://driven.ai/terms (“Terms”) and form part of your agreement with Driven. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Paid Services Terms prevail with respect to paid services-related matters.
By subscribing to any paid plan or purchasing any paid service, you agree to these Paid Services Terms.
2.Subscription Plans and Fees
We offer paid subscription plans with different credit allocations and feature access levels. Current plan details, including pricing and credit limits, are described on our billing page at https://driven.ai/billing, which we may update from time to time.
All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your local tax authority. You are solely responsible for any such taxes applicable to your purchase.
3. Billing and Authorized Charges
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Driven (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your designated payment method:
- the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle; and
- any additional charges you separately authorize (such as plan upgrades).
We do not store your card or bank account details. All payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.
Your authorization to charge your payment method continues until you cancel your subscription or withdraw your authorization in accordance with Section 4 below.
4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price for your plan.
To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access to paid features will expire. Amounts already charged will not be refunded except as set out in Section 5.
5. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except:
- where required by applicable law (for example, statutory cooling-off rights in certain jurisdictions); or
- where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to a verified technical failure on our end.
For refund inquiries, contact us at community@driven.ai. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, policy violation, or where the relevant credits or features have already been used.
6.Credits
Credits are allocated to your account on a monthly basis in accordance with your plan. Credits expire at the end of each monthly credit cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or plan downgrade.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Where we do so, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect. The new price will apply from your next renewal date. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
8. Free Trials
We may offer eligible new users a one-month free trial to experience certain paid features. Eligibility is limited to bona fide new users registering a new account for the first time, with no prior account, paid subscription history, or previous access to paid features through any other means, with Driven. At the end of the trial period, your access to paid features will expire. To continue using paid features, you may subscribe to a paid plan at any time. Trial availability and eligibility conditions may change at any time.
9. Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of the Service and ensure fair access for all users, the following conduct is prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts or making false or duplicate account registrations to obtain free trials or other promotional benefits more than once;
- Using automated tools, scripts, virtual machines, or device manipulation to circumvent eligibility checks or usage limits;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or subscription benefits to any third party;
- Engaging in any other conduct that is dishonest, made in bad faith, or otherwise inconsistent with these Paid Services Terms or the Terms, for the purpose of obtaining subscription benefits to which you are not entitled.
Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate the relevant account(s), revoke any trial or subscription benefits obtained through such conduct, and seek recovery of any losses caused to us. Any subscription fees paid for the relevant account(s) shall not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
10. Suspension for Non-Payment
If a payment fails, we will notify you and allow a reasonable period to update your payment details. If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until payment is received.
11. General
These Paid Services Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore in accordance with the Terms. Any dispute arising from these Paid Services Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms.
