How it works

IPO Deep-Dive Report

Turn an IPO (prospectus + market chatter) into a polished, mobile-first HTML report. Output language follows the user's question language.

Companion files — read them when you reach the relevant step (all paths relative to this skill's own folder):

  • Authoritative stylesheet (shared Driven html-report-style design system, paste verbatim) → references/design-system.css
  • Offline icon shim (bundled Lucide subset, paste verbatim — no CDN) → references/lucide-inline.min.js
  • Design rules + section order + chart geometry + sentiment widgets → references/design-spec.md

Workflow

Step 1 — Resolve IPO basics (inline, fast)

Pin down: company + ticker/listing board, sponsor (underwriter), filing/hearing dates, fundraise amount, public-float %, headline financials (3yr revenue / adjusted net profit / gross margin / latest quarter), shares/holders.
