'Analyze, generate, rewrite, critique, and rank X (Twitter) post and article headlines by synthesizing content type, target audience, factual evidence, platform-native voice, trending keywords, and the account''s past performance. TRIGGER when: the user asks to write, improve, score, A/B rank, or brainstorm X/Twitter titles, hooks, or headlines, or to decide declarative-vs-question framing or whether a trending term belongs in a title. DO NOT USE when: writing full post/thread body copy, working on non-X platforms, or doing general stock/market analysis.'

How it works

X Headline Studio

Craft and judge the opening that decides whether X (Twitter) content gets read. Output language: English (mirror the user's language only if they explicitly ask).

X has no detachable "headline" on a normal post the way a blog or newsletter does — for a single short post the first line is the content. So weight this skill by format:

  • Thread hook (primary use case) — tweet-1 decides whether anyone reads tweets 2–N. Highest- leverage "title" on the platform; treat it as a real headline.
  • Article headline (primary use case) — long-form Articles have an actual headline field; same rules as any headline.
  • Single post (hook-tightening only) — there is no separate title to write. Sharpen the first line / above-the-fold hook; do not pretend the body has a detachable headline or generate titles as if it did.

Because X is short and scroll-based, the opening line carries more leverage, not less — the reader decides in ~1 line and the algorithm keys off dwell time + replies, both won or lost above the "Show more" fold.

1. Gather inputs before writing

Establish these; ask the user only for what is missing and material:

  • The content — the article text, thread outline, or core claim. Read it; never headline blind.
  • Content type — news/breaking, analysis/opinion, how-to/thread, data/report, personal story, promo/launch. Type dictates the archetype (see §4).
  • Target reader — who should stop scrolling (retail traders, founders, engineers, generalists)?
  • Account context — the handle's niche, voice, and follower expe
