A redesigned workspace, and more flexible sharing

Shiny New ThingsEven Better NowWe Fixed It

Redesigned main layout

  • The Agent tool entries — Skills, Scheduled, Accounts, and Files — have moved to the left sidebar, so they're quicker to find, and the tool pages themselves now have more room to show their content.
  • File preview got the biggest overhaul: you can open multiple files at once and switch between them with tabs, collapse or expand the preview panel, and it remembers per conversation whether you had it open, restoring that state when you return — browsing files is far smoother now.
  • The Accounts page was improved too, with tabs for switching between accounts, and the account panel expands automatically when you act on an account mid-conversation.

Share specific messages

Sharing a conversation used to mean making the whole page public, which gave some people pause. Now you can share just a few specific messages from a conversation and leave the rest private, so sharing carries no baggage.

A reworked share page

Sharing has been rebuilt end to end:

  • The share dialog is simpler to use and makes clear that what you share is publicly visible.
  • The share page now distinguishes signed-in from signed-out visitors — if someone's signed in, they can pick up the conversation right on the content they're interested in.
  • The Files share page got a cleaner look, with one-click Markdown copy.
  • The share time is now shown on the page.

Driven Docs is live

As more people came on board, we found that figuring things out alone wasn't enough. So we built Driven Docs, a thorough walkthrough of Driven's concepts and how to use it — how it works, what you can do with it, and what any given feature is actually for, all a quick lookup away. New users have a much shorter path to getting started.

We added image ALT text to landing, blog, and other pages for better accessibility; added an in-app top loading bar for smoother navigation; and made the /new command behave consistently across channels.
